Chad is the founder and co-owner of CRM Group since 2016. Chad graduated with an Associates Degree in Electricity from Salt Lake Community College and then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ. Chad worked as an Electronics Engineer for over 20 years, but due to downsizing in 2008, Chad changed career paths and started in the insurance industry. Chad spent the next 8 years working in the insurance industry for a few different companies. Chad then formed CRM Group which primarily focuses on Medicare along with all other insurances. Chad was the only member of CRM Group in 2016 and now has expanded the company to 30 agents working throughout the U.S. Chad was born and raised in Moab, Utah where he met his wife Rauni and they have been married for over 40 years! Chad grew up hunting, fishing, dirt biking, skiing, golfing and playing sports. Chad still loves everything outdoors and spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.

Rauni is co-owner and CFO of CRM Group. Rauni has been involved in the insurance industry since 1986 and had her Property & Casualty license. Rauni has a background as a realtor, general contractor, property manager, land developer, and as an executive assistant all while raising her kids and being a stay-at-home mom. Rauni grew up in Moab, Utah where she met Chad. Rauni loves everything football or frankly any sport! Rauni loves the great outdoors whether she’s camping, hiking, golfing, four-wheeling, enjoying a beautiful sunset, or just spending quality time with Chad, her kids and grandkids.

Amanda has been an executive assistant for CRM Group since 2019. Amanda is the daughter of Chad and Rauni McDonald, the owners of CRM Group. Amanda attended Acaydia Spa and School of Aesthetics in Provo, Utah and earned her Master Aesthetics diploma. Amanda was working in the dermatology field and the opportunity to join the family business came up due to the business expanding. Amanda wanted to use her organizational skills to help support and expand the family business. Amanda is married to Gary Kroon, one of CRM Group's own, and they both take care of their son, Ace, who has Down Syndrome. Amanda is an Eagle, Idaho native and has enjoyed the great outdoors her entire life. She is an avid fly fisherwoman and enjoys shooting guns, camping, hiking, snowboarding, riding horses and lifting heavy in the gym. Amanda loves attending and watching sports with her family.

Keaton has been an agent of CRM Group since 2016, but has taken on the role as Chad's Executive Assistant as of January 2023. He brings a lot of different experience to the table to assist with CRM Group. He graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing as well as an Associates from Utah Valley University studying Digital Audio. He's proficient in building websites (including this one), handling A/V setups for meetings and trainings, as well as being the personal "IT Guy" for the agency. Keaton is the son-in-law to Chad and Rauni McDonald. He's married to their other daughter, Heather, and has three children. Carson, Callie, and Gentry. He enjoys video games, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and especially roller skating.

Working to find the best option for his clients is what Gary really enjoyed in his previous lines of work, and will carry that over to helping his clients find the best possible plan for their specific needs. He has been married to our very own Amanda Kroon since April of 2026. Gary and Amanda reside in Eagle, Idaho where they enjoy spending time outdoors with their boy Ace and their two dogs Rambo and Rebel.
