Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CRM Group collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

CRM Group, LLC ("CRM Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website and consumer-facing insurance services.‍

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, submit an online inquiry, communicate with a licensed CRM Group insurance agent about your request, or receive related consumer services from us.

This Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services operated by insurance carriers, government agencies, or other third parties. If you apply for or enroll in an insurance or financial product, CRM Group, the assigned agent, or the product provider may give you a separate privacy notice describing additional information practices required by applicable insurance or financial privacy laws. That more specific notice will apply to the information and services it covers.

Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit a contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

- Your full name;

- ZIP code;

- Telephone number;

- Email address;

- The insurance services or topics you select, such as Medicare, individual and family health insurance, life insurance, annuities and retirement, employee benefits, existing-client support, or another request;

- Your preferred or current CRM Group agent, if you identify one;

- Information you choose to include in the Additional Details field;

- Your communication and contact preferences; and

- Records of our communications with you.

Our public contact form is intended for general inquiries. We do not ask you to submit a Social Security number, Medicare Beneficiary Identifier, financial-account or payment-card information, detailed medical records, or account passwords through this form. Please do not include this type of information in the Additional Details field. If more information is needed to evaluate, apply for, or enroll in a product, a licensed agent or product provider will explain how to provide it through an appropriate process.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

- Internet Protocol address;

- Browser, device, and operating-system information;

- Pages viewed, referring pages, links selected, and dates and times of visits;

- General interaction information, such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and session duration;

- Approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address; and

- Cookie identifiers, consent preferences, and similar technical information.

We use this information to operate, secure, understand, and improve the website. It is not used to determine your eligibility for insurance or to make underwriting decisions.

Information Collected During a Client Relationship

If you decide to apply for coverage, enroll in a product, or become a client, CRM Group, your assigned agent, or the applicable insurance or financial-product provider may collect additional information needed to provide the requested service. That information may be subject to a separate privacy notice, authorization, application, or carrier policy.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

- Review and respond to your inquiry;

- Route your request to an appropriate licensed agent;

- Contact you by telephone call, text message, or email about the insurance service or support you requested;

- Provide information, answer questions, arrange appointments, and assist with product comparisons, applications, enrollment, or existing-client service;

- Maintain records of inquiries, communications, and services;

- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our website and business processes;

- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;

- Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, recordkeeping, and contractual requirements; and

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If you become a client, we may also use your contact information for client-service messages, renewal or coverage-review communications, newsletters, educational information, and other communications related to our client relationship. You may opt out of promotional email communications at any time, as described below. We may still send non-promotional communications relating to an active request, policy, transaction, service, or legal obligation.

How Your Inquiry Is Routed

When you submit our contact form, the submission is processed through our website provider and delivered to a CRM Group group email account. Authorized CRM Group personnel review the request and assign or route it to an appropriate licensed agent. The assigned agent may enter relevant information into a customer relationship management system used to respond to your request and maintain appropriate business records.

Our website provider may also process or retain form-submission information according to our website settings. Please do not use the public form to send information that the form does not request.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

CRM Group Personnel and Licensed Agents

We may disclose your information to authorized employees, licensed agents, and other personnel working with CRM Group who need it to review, route, or respond to your request and provide related services.

Insurance and Financial-Product Providers

If you ask us to obtain information about, apply for, or enroll you in a product, we may disclose information to insurance carriers, plan providers, financial-product providers, enrollment platforms, and other parties involved in processing or servicing the requested product, as authorized by you or permitted by law.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting and form processing, email delivery, customer relationship management, information technology, analytics, security, communications, and professional services. These providers may use information only as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

Legal, Regulatory, and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, regulation, legal process, licensing authority, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of CRM Group, our clients, website users, or others.

Business Transactions

If CRM Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed as part of the evaluation or completion of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

We Do Not Sell or Rent Personal Information

CRM Group does not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes, and we do not share information submitted through our contact form for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell mobile telephone information. We do not disclose text-message opt-in data or consent to unrelated third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers and the licensed agent assigned to your request when necessary to deliver communications you requested or consented to receive.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, scripts, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, protect forms from spam and abuse, understand website use, and improve performance.

These technologies may include:

- Essential and preference technologies. These support basic website functions, security, form submission, fraud prevention, and storage of your cookie choices.

- Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may collect information about pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation, device and browser characteristics, and similar usage information. Microsoft states that content entered in input boxes and dropdown menus is masked before it is uploaded to Clarity. We use this information to improve website usability, performance, and security. For more information, review the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

- Google services. We may use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms against spam and abuse and Google Maps to display location information. Google may collect device, browser, cookie, network, and interaction information when these services load or are used. Google reCAPTCHA may set a necessary cookie for risk analysis. For more information, review the Google Privacy Policy.

- Webflow. Our website is hosted and our forms are processed using Webflow. Webflow may process website and form information on our behalf. For more information, review Webflow's Global Privacy Policy.

You may manage nonessential technologies through the cookie preference tool available on our website and through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting some cookies may affect website functionality. Some browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not currently a uniform standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where applicable, you may exercise legally recognized privacy choices by contacting us as described below.

Communications and Your Choices

When you check the consent box and submit our contact form, you agree that a licensed CRM Group insurance agent may contact you by telephone call, text message, and/or email regarding the insurance service or services you selected. If your request concerns Medicare products, the agent may discuss Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement Insurance plans, and Medicare prescription drug plans. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may ask us to stop request-related promotional communications at any time. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by contacting us. You may also ask not to receive further telephone solicitations. We will honor opt-out requests as required by applicable law. An opt-out does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to complete or service a transaction you requested, respond to a pending matter, or comply with law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business and client records, comply with insurance, licensing, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or security incidents. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to permitted backup and archival practices.

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate business purposes. However, no website, email system, electronic transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to send electronically and do not submit highly sensitive information through our public contact form.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request that we:

- Confirm whether we process personal information about you;

- Provide access to or a copy of certain personal information;

- Correct inaccurate personal information;

- Delete certain personal information; or

- Restrict or opt out of certain uses or disclosures.

To submit a privacy request, email contact@crmgrp.com with the subject line *Privacy Request, call (208) 314-1779, or write to the address listed below. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law and may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, including where information must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may ask for proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision, you may do so by replying to our written decision or contacting us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to websites or services operated by insurance carriers, government agencies, social-media platforms, or other third parties. We do not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. Their privacy notices and terms apply when you use their websites or services. A link from our website does not mean that CRM Group is responsible for the third party's practices.

United States Audience

Our website and consumer services are intended for individuals in the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in other jurisdictions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by another appropriate method.
